Keisler Hipkins & Associates is an independent insurance agency that understands the Independent Insurance Agents role and the reason for our presence in the insurance buying, advice giving, and support process.

This role is to work for our clients to find the most advantageous product, coverage for their individual needs, and price. We understand the need for every business and individual to keep their cost down as low as possible to help them prosper in this tough economy, while protecting against the unknown to help facilitate prosperity in this tough economy.

We are not limited to any one particular company, therefore we can shop your coverage and needs throughout any company that represents themselves in your location. If there is a need for coverage, we will either find it for you or lead you in the right direction; even if we dont write your policy!

There are some agents that have been in the industry for a long period of time and get comfortable with a select few companies and office procedures and do not keep up with the companies with the lowest rates, best technology, and service. With us, this is not the case.

During the last 15 years since we havebeen in this business, we have noticed that especially business owners� are less likely to shop their insurance coverage or question their current agent whether or not a better company is out there. Well the truth is, in the insurance industry, companies are able to change their rates based on statistics and loss history two or more times per year.

With this being said, if you do not have an agent that is continuously shopping your coverage at every renewal or any time a rate change or new product comes out, then your best interests are not being served.
